I have been using this toner for about three years now. It is a good toner and follows through with its promises. I use this as a general product to mix with all of my other products (actives and gentler things too). It definitely works for all skin types but I would not recommend if you’re wanting to address specialised concerns with your toner. If you’re addressing your specialised concerns with other steps of the routine, this is a great all rounder that can be combined with anything. I make sure to use creams in combination with this product when using actives just to give my skin extra support (which is pretty standard to do). If your skin is very sensitive (from sunburn, an allergic reaction or anything along those lines) this product can sting. On days like that, I only use gentle emollients and skip this toner. Overall, a good all rounder that can be combined with anything and follows through with its promises.
